Foreign reviewers/contributors
Please send samples (magazines etc) of your works to below address or email
about your work/contribution first. Then we'll send exact sample(s) which
you prefer to by return asap.

Please make your order through shopping cart unless it doesn't work for
your PC system.
OUR ORDER POLICY
VERIFY YOUR ORDER: We'll check our stocks and contact you to verify your
order basically within 48 hours via email. Please note that occasionally
it may take more for us to reply because of weekend or holiday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
For foreign customers we ship via Postal AIRMAIL with Standard or Registered
service. If you select Standard AIRMAIL, you are hereby forewarned that
EM RECORDS is not responsible if your international package gets lost in
the mail. If you choose Registered AIRMAIL, we'll email you the tracking
number when your order was shipped.
AIRMAIL will take 7 to 15 days, EMS will take 3 to 7 days to deliver.
We'll ship your order basically within 48 hours when we confrmed your payment,
then email you when its on the way.
PAYMENT: Should be paid or proceeded in 7 days from your order date, regardless
of payment method. We'll cancel your order automatically after that period.
If you select cash, it should be sent in registered envelope (standard
AIR, lost at your risk).
If you select a Euro/GBP cash, please let us know which currency you'd
like (on COMMENTS board). We'll calculate the rate at the orderDBank payment,
we'll give you our account information by return.
*We are sorry but we can't accept bank cheque/personal cheque/money
order*
RETURN POLICY: Basically we can't accept any return goods except we shipped
wrong items and error goods. Error goods should be reported within a week
after receiving the item and we'll discuss about it. We can't accept any
claims after one week.
